Q. How do I determine my customer ID?
A. The first time you sign-in to Online Banking, your customer ID is your 16-digit VISA® Check Card or ATM card number.
After that, you may change your customer ID at any time to something that may be easier to remember. If you forget your customer ID, call us at 1-888-612-4444 so we can reset it back to your 16-digit card number.
Q. How do I determine my password?
A. If this is the first time you are signing-in to Online Banking, your password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
If this is not the first time you are signing-in to Online Banking, your password is a code you have previously selected that is between 8 and 14 characters long, contains both letters and numbers and is case-sensitive.
If you can't remember your password, or have difficulty signing in, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login screen, or call us at 1-888-612-4444.
Q. Why isn't my password working?
A. Your password is case-sensitive, which means you must type in the same combination of uppercase and lowercase letters you used when you selected it. (Hint: make sure you have not accidentally pressed the caps lock key.)
For your security, your Online Banking service will be locked after three consecutive unsuccessful attempts to sign in or to change your password. If this happens, call us at 1-888-612-4444 to have your password reset.
