Fraud Protection with Zero Liability

Visa's^® Zero Liability policy means 100 percent protection for First Citizens cardholders. Visa's enhanced policy guarantees maximum protection against fraud. Customers now have complete liability protection for all card transactions that take place on the Visa system. Should someone steal your card or your card number, online or off, you pay nothing for their fraudulent activity. Visa's Zero Liability policy does not apply to ATM transactions or to PIN transactions not processed by Visa. (Refer to your cardholder agreement for more details.)

Verified by Visa protects your First Citizens Visa card with a password you create, giving you assurance that only you can use your card for online purchases.
