Offers you online access to your bank accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can view numerous fields of account information and transfer funds between accounts.
Lockbox Services
A specialized association lockbox allowing for a single payment address for all association clients. Payments are processed and sorted with individual deposits made to each association account. An electronic file, also sorted, can be provided allowing for simplified posting of receivables.
Web Pay
Provides residents the convenience of visiting their association website to remit association dues.
Remote Image Deposit
Allows you to make image-based deposits without leaving your office. A smart, simple way to reduce costs, save time and improve your internal operation.
ACH Debit Origination
Using First Citizens Business Online Banking Advantage, you can originate Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions to collect association dues or fees.
CD Rom
Clear, digitized images of paid checks provided on CD Rom at the end of each statement period. Allows you to expedite research by quickly locating, retrieving, displaying and printing detailed images of stored checks. Bank statements are also included on the CD.
